Description
While we were doing landscape ink pictures in class, my teacher told me to stop following the picture (which I was doing very closely) and make something up. I like classical lines so I ended up adding a birds' nest with Tama from Natsume Yuujinchou in it looking out over the mountains.
Yes, I'm a dork.
Overall, though, I'm really happy with how this came out since this was my first time ever using inks other than for outlining and my first time using one of those dipping pens with nibs.
I had to scan this picture in two parts and fuse them together so there might be some anomalies.
